A company car does not need film on every panel to look established. Door logos, clean lettering, or a well-placed rear design can provide the identification you need, and a partial or full wrap is there when you want more coverage.

We begin by deciding what another driver or pedestrian should notice first. The company name and logo usually come first, and a phone number, website, or service line should support that message instead of competing with it.

The factory color, glass, handles, body lines, and bumper shape all influence placement. When the existing finish works with the approved colors, we may use it as part of the composition rather than covering it.

A work truck provides useful space, but that surface is rarely uninterrupted. Fuel doors, steps, utility bodies, racks, bed rails, and toolboxes can divide the design or hide part of the message.

The right scope depends on the existing finish, dimensions, hardware, and intended use. After reviewing those conditions, we can prepare a full wrap design, partial coverage, or a smaller logo and lettering package.

Send the original logo or vector file when available. We check whether it can be enlarged cleanly and whether small lettering or fine lines will reproduce properly, and we identify any artwork preparation before printing.

A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter offers broad display areas, but sliding doors, rear doors, handles, seams, body contours, and lower trim divide those surfaces. The artwork needed to stay aligned across each section when the van was closed.

KickCharge Creative supplied the approved creative direction. Promo Box prepared the file for production and checked how the artwork would fit the actual Sprinter. Even a professionally developed design must be adapted to the measurements and physical features of the model receiving it.

The project used 3M wrap film and Avery Dennison vinyl selected for the required surfaces. The painted body panels and lower plastic trim presented different adhesion conditions, so the production and application plan accounted for both.

Promo Box printed and prepared the material in-house before completing the work at its Everett location. The design was aligned across doors, curves, seams, and neighboring panels to maintain one composition.

This project also demonstrates how Promo Box can work with an outside designer or agency. The creative concept can come from another graphics provider while our team manages file review, printing, material preparation, and application.
