Custom Patches Made to Order

We use leather when texture and material matter more than color. Cut, engraved, and finished for long-term wear, not novelty runs. These patches rely on depth, contrast, and clean lines to stand out without trying too hard.

They’re most common on trucker hats and structured caps, but they work just as well on jackets, bags, and heavier garments. Thickness matters. Edge finish matters. Stitch placement matters. Poorly made leather patches curl, warp, or pull fabric over time.

Ours are designed to sit flat and age evenly. Secured cleanly. No distortion. No shortcuts. The result is branding that feels deliberate and holds up.

Clean borders. Even fills. Stitch density that holds shape without turning stiff. This all starts with proper digitizing. When that step is rushed, details get lost and texture turns sloppy. We don’t rush it.

They’re especially effective as embroidered patches for clothing that sees frequent wear and washing. Logos, symbols, lettering. All readable at a glance when built correctly.

They can be sewn on, heat-applied, or backed with Velcro. Each option affects how the patch moves and wears over time, and we walk through that before production starts.

They use raised yarn and soft texture to create visual weight. Best suited for bold shapes, mascots, lettering, and vintage-inspired designs. Think letterman jackets and statement pieces.

Not every design works in chenille. Fine details disappear fast. We adjust proportions and simplify where needed so the patch still reads clearly from across a room.

Paired with felt bases and stitched borders, chenille patches keep their structure and character even after years of wear.

They use thinner threads, which allows for sharper lines, tighter text, and cleaner edges. No raised texture, but excellent clarity.

Woven patches are ideal for intricate logos, small lettering, and designs with dense information. Lines stay crisp. Text stays readable. Nothing blurs together over time.

If precision matters more than dimension, this is usually the right call.

Our work ends up in the real world. On job sites. In offices. At events. On gear that actually gets used. These recent projects are a good snapshot of the range we handle and the level of detail we care about.

You’ll see several leather patch hats, including Big Paw Lifestyle and Dick Child Excavation Service. These were cut, engraved, and stitched in-house, then mounted cleanly onto Richardson trucker hats. The goal here wasn’t flash. It was durability. Thick leather, tight stitching, and placement that sits right on the crown without warping over time. These hats are meant to be worn hard, not babied.

We’ve also produced a wide range of embroidered patches for organizations and teams. The Cascadia Emergency Management patch is a good example of precision embroidery: multiple thread colors, clean borders, and dense stitching that holds shape. Same with the Kenmore Gun Range patch and the Pasado’s Safe Haven Animal Advocate patch. Each design has fine details that only work if the digitizing is done right. No loose fills. No muddy lines.

The side-by-side chenille and woven patches show two very different approaches to texture. Chenille brings depth and softness. It’s great for bold mascots and vintage-style designs. Woven patches allow for finer detail and tighter text when embroidery alone isn’t the best fit. We choose the method based on the artwork, not habit.
You’ll also notice custom apparel prints, like the Industrial Engineering graphic tee and the Salish Spirit hoodie. These required careful color handling and proper curing so the prints stay flexible and don’t crack after a few washes.

Finally, there are smaller, detail-driven pieces: embroidered name placements on hoodies, clean logo hits on caps, and branded patches meant to be swapped or reused.
