Custom Vehicle Wraps & Graphics in Mount Vernon, WA

A company car does not need graphics on every panel to look established. Door logos, lettering, or a well-placed rear design can carry the message, especially when the factory color already suits the brand.

We look at where the car is seen most. A phone number that reads well on a parked car can be too small to notice from the next lane, so we size and place key details for how the car is used.

Glass gets a separate review of material and placement. The layout follows windows, body lines, and everyday visibility instead of crossing them.

Work trucks offer useful space, but door gaps, fuel doors, toolboxes, racks, and steps often break it up. We review the actual truck before deciding where each element goes.

For fleets, we keep the approved logo, colors, and key information consistent, then adapt the layout to each body. One enlarged file on every vehicle tends to cause placement problems.

A partial wrap can cover enough when the truck's paint supports the design, and we can compare it with a full wrap during planning.

A pickup has several separate surfaces. A design that works on the cab door may need a different layout on the bed, and the tailgate has to account for its handle and camera. Racks, canopies, and toolboxes change what stays visible.

We start with the paint color and the information the company needs to show. If the color works, a partial wrap with clear door graphics may be enough. If the design calls for a new overall look, we can discuss a full vinyl wrap.

Trim and other difficult surfaces get checked before they go into the scope, since plastic parts do not always behave like painted panels.

Service vans are seen twice, in traffic and again parked at a customer's property. The company name should read quickly, and services and contact details need a sensible spot on the sides or rear.

Sliding doors, handles, windows, and seams shape the layout. A large logo can look right on a digital proof and still split badly when the door opens, so we resolve those breaks before printing.

A single van and a fleet get the same attention to placement. Approved artwork is a good starting point for added vehicles, but each body style still needs its own layout review.

A bus offers plenty of room, but windows, doors, access panels, and curved sections limit where graphics and lettering can go. We plan the main message around those features instead of treating the bus as one flat rectangle.

Viewing distance changes the design. Small text that looks fine on a proof can disappear on a large vehicle in traffic, so the company name and key details get enough room.

Trailer sides look simple on screen. On the real trailer, hinges, rivets, seams, latches, reflectors, and doors decide where artwork can be installed cleanly, so we check them before dividing the design into panels.

A trailer may sit at a job site as often as it travels. That affects where a phone number or website goes, and the sides and rear can do different jobs.

Coverage depends on the surface and hardware. After reviewing photos and dimensions, we can plan a full printed layout or a smaller package of logos and lettering.

Heavy equipment graphics often need to identify both the company and the individual machine. Logos, fleet numbers, and contact details work best where the machine's shape and attachments will not hide them.

These surfaces need closer review than a flat van door. Texture, existing paint, dirt, wear, and high-contact areas affect material choice and placement, so we inspect the equipment and ask how it is used first.

Operational labels and necessary visibility must stay clear. If a location is likely to wear quickly or interfere with use, we recommend another one.

Lettering and logos are a practical way to identify a vehicle, on their own or alongside a wrap. Cut vinyl suits straightforward text, while printed graphics fit artwork with more color or detail.

The key decision is what someone should notice first. A logo, service description, and phone number compete for limited room on a door, so we arrange them in order instead of copying a whole business card.

Send the original logo file when you have it. We check whether it reproduces cleanly at vehicle size and explain if the artwork needs adjustment.

Rooster’s Plumbing needed its trucks to be recognizable while working routes around Snohomish County. The design combined a custom rooster mascot with the company name, phone number, and a QR code on the rear.

The placement gave each element a specific job. The company name and mascot received the largest areas, while the contact information was positioned for someone standing closer to a parked or stopped truck.

The full commercial wrap covered the box truck’s major panels, including the sides, tailgate, cab doors, and rear of the cab. Promo Box produced the graphics in-house using cast vinyl and a UV-resistant laminate, then installed them at the Everett shop.

We do not expect someone to scan a QR code from a truck moving through traffic. On this project, the code serves a person standing behind the truck at a job site, in a parking lot, or while the vehicle is stopped. That is the practical question we ask when planning fleet graphics: where will someone see the vehicle, and what can they realistically read or use?

This project was completed in Everett. It is included here as a documented example of Promo Box’s commercial fleet wrap work. It is not presented as a Mount Vernon project.
