How long does car window tinting last?

Quality tint can last around 10 years or more, depending on film type and how the car is cared for. We use premium film and offer strong warranty coverage, so you’re not dealing with fading or peeling after a short time.

Is window tinting legal in Washington State?

Yes, but there are limits. Rear and back windows can be darker. Front side windows have a legal limit (Washington allows up to 24% VLT). We’ll always explain what’s legal before we install anything.

How long does window tint installation take?

It depends on how many windows are being tinted. As a rough estimate, side windows take about 30 minutes each. Rear glass usually takes longer, often around an hour to an hour and a half.

Will window tint affect visibility at night?

A darker tint can slightly reduce visibility at night, especially in rainy Washington conditions. Most people are fine if the windshield isn’t tinted. We’ll help you choose a shade that balances privacy and safe visibility.

How should I care for tinted windows after installation?

You can wash the exterior anytime, but don’t roll the windows down for 3–5 days while the film cures. Avoid harsh cleaners at first. After that, clean normally using gentle products. No abrasive pads.
